The Eventigy Affiliate Program operates under a structured opportunity registration framework that provides qualifying Affiliates with economic incentives in the form of commissions and discounts to reward and protect the presales investment that an Eventigy Affiliate makes when developing new Eventigy hosted software and software related subscriptions and services sales opportunities.

4. What are the requirements of an Eventigy Affiliate?
Affiliates must meet specific criteria to participate in the Eventigy Affiliate Program, which assures customers that they are getting competent Affiliates.
Affiliates must complete presales milestones in order to qualify for registering the opportunity. Eventigy believes that this motivates Affiliates to engage in the necessary behavior to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Eventigy Affiliate Program supports the value engagement model by engaging Affiliates early in the process and making sure that they complete a thorough and accurate assessment of the customer situation. The Eventigy Affiliate Program encourages this behavior by requiring Affiliates to comply with a regulated Opportunity Registration process and by facilitating communications between Affiliates and the Eventigy Affiliate Program director early in the sales cycle.
5. How does the Eventigy Affiliate Program achieve its stated objectives? The Eventigy Affiliate Program Opportunity Registration process enables Affiliates to protect their presales efforts. Eventigy believes that this program gives all Affiliates equal stature and gives specialized Affiliates added incentive to generate new Eventigy business.
7. Does the Eventigy Affiliate Program apply to all new Eventigy opportunities? No. The Eventigy Affiliate Program only applies to incremental Eventigy Web-hosted software and software-related subscriptions and services. If you are uncertain if an opportunity qualifies under the program, the Affiliate needs to contact the Eventigy Affiliate Program Director prior to contacting the prospect/customer.
8. How are the Eventigy Affiliate Program offerings chosen? Each offering supports the Eventigy go-to-market strategy to gain market share in specific market segments.
9. Why should Affiliates participate in the program? Eventigy is committed to rewarding Affiliates who identify, develop, and win new Eventigy business opportunities. This program offers significant return on investment (ROI) for Affiliates who foster new incremental business. We believe that the Eventigy Affiliate Program offers technology and thought leadership in Relationship Marketing, which makes Eventigy the solution choice for specific market segments.
10. Is this a global program? Today, No. However, the Eventigy Affiliate Program can be applied globally with our standard registration process. We will assess the global reach of opportunities to determine the extension of the Eventigy Affiliate Program to specific global regions.
11. How will this program help Eventigy and its Affiliates gain more business? The Eventigy Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to increase their offerings and ultimately their profitability. We expect the Eventigy Affiliate Program to drive new business for our Affiliates by enabling them to provide a complete solution that supports their strategic efforts, helping to bring strategy to fruition with tangible, measureable results for their customers.
12. How much will the Eventigy Affiliate Program affect Affiliate profitability? On any single opportunity the Affiliate registers and closes, Eventigy Affiliate Program will enhance the Affiliate's margin on their total solution. Looking at the Affiliate's overall business with Eventigy over a period of time, the net impact of the Eventigy Affiliate Program depends on what percentage of the Affiliate business is Eventigy Affiliate Program related. The more business an Affiliate generates in markets targeted by Eventigy Affiliate Program the greater the rewards to the Affiliate.
13. Can I get a discount on Eventigy hosted software products and related subscriptions and services, if I want to use it for my company? Yes. Eventigy allows Affiliates a discount for Eventigy hosted software products and related subscriptions and services. This Affiliate discount is strictly for the Affiliate’s own company use and not to be used to benefit the Affiliate’s prospect or customer base.

15. How does the Eventigy Affiliate Program work? Affiliates who meet Eventigy Affiliate Program criteria may submit an application to register an opportunity. Prior to registration, Affiliates must qualify the opportunity, engage decision maker(s), quantify budget, and define requirements.
The Eventigy Affiliate Program director will then review the registration application to validate the new opportunity. Approved opportunities are registered with a unique form number for six months.
When the Affiliate closes the opportunity during the six-month approval window, they can use the form number to receive their commission. Affiliates can also request a one-time renewal if the opportunity does not close within the initial six months, but receiving this extension is contingent upon obtaining approval from Eventigy.
16. What are the requirements to qualify for entry to the program (presales milestones)? The Eventigy Affiliate Program comprises multiple independent offerings supporting specific Eventigy hosted software products and software related subscriptions and services. Each of the independent program offerings will have specific, measurable criteria to help ensure that all Affiliates maintain equal status. Specific qualifications for each program are available on the Eventigy Affiliate Program Guide.
All Affiliates must complete the following tasks prior to registration: Affiliates must qualify the opportunity, engage decision maker(s), quantify budget, and define requirements.
17. What are the requirements to receive the commission? Is it guaranteed? To receive the commission payment, the Affiliate must first receive approval for their application. Next, the Affiliate must close the opportunity during the time period the application is active. All registered opportunities will expire in six months; however Affiliates may request a one-time renewal, with Eventigy approval.
19. Is this intended to be an ongoing program? How long will it last? Yes, however Eventigy will change the target markets and offerings as needed to take advantage of market opportunities. Eventigy will continually solicit feedback on the success of the program and make changes accordingly.
20. What does the opportunity approval process entail?
Affiliate completes presales milestones for specific opportunity.
Affiliate goes to online tool, completes registration form and submits Opportunity Form.
The Eventigy Affiliate Program director provides first level approval on the form: if denied, closeout; if approved, the opportunity is added to the Eventigy Affiliate Program Sales Pipeline.
The Eventigy Affiliate Program director approves or denies the opportunity based on whether the Affiliate is creating new demand for Eventigy.
If approved, the opportunity is registered and a registration form number is sent to the Affiliate for use at time of submitting the closed opportunity for commission payment.
Opportunity is date-stamped as of approval date; valid for a maximum of six months, or time duration specified in Eventigy Affiliate Program offering if shorter.
24. How much is the commission? This is specified in the Eventigy Affiliate Program Guide, issued to the Affiliate once they are are accepted an Eventigy Affiliate. The Eventigy Affiliate Program Guide provides the program details.
25. What if my sales cycle is longer than anticipated? The original Opportunity Registration expires after six months or whatever is specified in the program rules. If the registration expires and the Affiliate has not completed a business transaction, they are offered the choice to re-register the same account one time. Eventigy has the right to approve or deny the re-registration.
26. What qualifies as a new opportunity? In general, Affiliate-driven business that is incremental to Eventigy and has not already been registered by another Affiliate or currently identified as a direct sale by the Eventigy sales team. The specific opportunity requirements are specified in the program rules for each Eventigy Affiliate Program offering.
27. What opportunity offerings are available? Current U.S. offering is the Eventigy QixRM Suite. Additional Eventigy software offerings will be added to the program in 2007.
28. Is there a minimum opportunity size requirement? Most Eventigy Affiliate Program offerings will contain a minimum opportunity size requirement – defined as: one year subscription to Eventigy QixRM Suite and one installation and configuration services engagement per opportunity. One of the premises of Eventigy Affiliate Program is to reward Affiliates for presales investments.
